All Sales Final — No Refunds or Exchanges
All ticket sales are final. Before completing your purchase, please carefully review your event, date, time, and seat selections. Sebastiani Theatre does not issue refunds or exchanges after a ticket has been purchased, including for lost, stolen, damaged, or destroyed tickets. By completing your purchase, you acknowledge and agree to this no-refund policy.

You agree that you will not dispute or seek a “chargeback” from your credit card issuer or bank for a valid ticket purchase made on events.sebastianitheatre.com. Should you do so, your tickets may be canceled, and Sebastiani Theatre may, in its sole discretion, refuse to honor pending and future ticket purchases from any associated accounts or credit cards.

Refunds are generally only issued in the event that a show is canceled entirely and not rescheduled. Rescheduled events are handled at the venue’s discretion, see the “Canceled and Postponed Events” section below.

If you have any questions, please contact us. Each ticket that you purchase is a revocable license to attend a particular event, and is subject to the additional terms set forth on that ticket as well as any rules imposed by Sebastiani Theatre.

All ticket prices are stated in U.S. Dollars.

Payment Methods
Sebastiani Theatre accepts several methods of payment to accommodate your needs. Currently, events.sebastianitheatre.com accepts American Express, Visa, MasterCard, and Discover.

Who You Are Buying From
When you purchase tickets through events.sebastianitheatre.com, you are purchasing directly from Sebastiani Theatre. Sebastiani Theatre is the ticket seller and your sole point of contact for all purchases completed on this website.

Some events listed on this website are produced by third parties and may link to an external ticketing platform. Sebastiani Theatre is not the ticket seller for those events and has no responsibility for those transactions — purchases made through external platforms are governed by the terms of that platform and the event organizer.

Tickets obtained from unauthorized sources may be lost, stolen, or counterfeit, and if so are void.

Pricing and Availability
Sebastiani Theatre sets its own ticket prices and manages seating availability. Tickets for popular events may sell out quickly. Occasionally, additional tickets may become available prior to an event at the discretion of Sebastiani Theatre. All prices are subject to change until the time of purchase.

Order Confirmation
If you do not receive a confirmation number (in the form of a confirmation page or email) after submitting payment information, or if you experience an error message or service interruption after submitting payment information, it is your responsibility to confirm with Sebastiani Theatre whether or not your order has been placed. Only you may be aware of any problems that may occur during the purchase process. Sebastiani Theatre will not be responsible for losses (monetary or otherwise) if you assume that an order was not placed because you failed to receive confirmation. Convenience Charges and Order Processing Fees
Tickets purchased through events.sebastianitheatre.com are typically subject to a per-ticket convenience charge and a non-refundable per-order processing fee.

Amount of Tickets Per Customer or “Ticket Limits”
When purchasing tickets on events.sebastianitheatre.com, you may be limited to a specified number of tickets for each event (also known as a “ticket limit”). This limit is displayed during the purchase process and is verified with every transaction. Ticket limits are set at the discretion of Sebastiani Theatre to ensure fair access and discourage scalping.

Billing Information Verification
Orders are processed only after billing address and other payment information has been verified. Occasionally, incorrect billing or credit card information will cause an order to be canceled. In these cases, please verify your billing address with your bank or credit card issuer before making another purchase attempt.

Ticket Delivery
Your tickets will be emailed to the address provided at the time of purchase. You can present your ticket on your mobile device or print it at home. If you cannot locate your ticket email, our box office can look up your order by name — simply check in at the door with a valid photo ID and a staff member will assist you.

Pricing and Other Errors
If the amount you pay for a ticket is incorrect — whether due to an error in a posted price, an early on-sale, or a ticket released in error — Sebastiani Theatre reserves the right to cancel that ticket and issue a full refund of the amount paid. This applies regardless of whether the error was due to human error or a technical malfunction of the website or ticketing system.

Canceled and Postponed Events
Occasionally, events are canceled or postponed. Should this occur, Sebastiani Theatre will make reasonable efforts to notify ticket holders via the contact information provided at the time of purchase. For the most current information, please check our website or contact us at [email protected].

Canceled events: If an event is canceled entirely and not rescheduled, Sebastiani Theatre will issue a refund of the ticket face value and convenience fees to the original payment method. Refunds for canceled events will be processed within a reasonable time following the cancellation announcement. Sebastiani Theatre will not be liable for travel, accommodation, or any other expenses incurred in connection with a canceled event.

Postponed or rescheduled events: If an event is postponed or rescheduled to a new date, your tickets will remain valid for the new date. Sebastiani Theatre is not obligated to issue refunds for postponed or rescheduled events. Support Acts and Program Changes
Support acts, opening performers, or special guests may be added, changed, or removed at any time without notice. Sebastiani Theatre is not always made aware of lineup changes in advance. No refund will be owed due to a change in support acts or program running order. In the rare event that the headlining or primary performer cancels, please contact us as this may qualify for a refund at our discretion.

Limitation of Liability
You assume all risks incidental to the event for which a ticket is issued, whether occurring before, during, or after the performance, and you waive any claims for personal injury or death against Sebastiani Theatre, its management, officers, directors, owners, employees, or agents on behalf of yourself and any accompanying minor.

Refusal of Service / No Redemption Value
Sebastiani Theatre reserves the right, without refund of any amount paid, to refuse admission to, or eject, any person whose conduct management deems disorderly, who uses vulgar or abusive language, or who fails to comply with venue rules. Breach of terms or rules will terminate your license to attend the event without refund. A ticket is a revocable license and admission may be refused upon refunding the ticket’s face value. A ticket is not redeemable for cash.

Recording, Transmission and Exhibition
You agree not to record or transmit, or aid in recording or transmitting, any description, account, picture, or reproduction of the event. You agree that the event for which you purchase tickets is a public event, that your appearance and actions inside and outside the venue are public in nature, and that you have no expectation of privacy with regard to your actions or conduct at the event. You grant permission to Sebastiani Theatre to utilize your name, image, likeness, acts, poses, plays, appearance, movements, and statements in any live or recorded audio, video, or photographic display or other transmission, exhibition, publication, or reproduction made of, or at, the event (regardless of whether before, during, or after the performance) for any purpose, in any manner, in any medium or context now known or hereafter developed, without further authorization from, or compensation to, you or anyone acting on your behalf.

You Are Subject to Search
You and your belongings may be searched on entry to the event. You consent to such searches and waive any related claims that may arise. If you elect not to consent to such searches, you may be denied entry to the event without refund or other compensation. Certain items may not be permitted on the premises, including without limitation, outside alcohol, illegal substances, cameras with detachable lenses, recording devices, and any items deemed a safety hazard by venue management.

Age Restrictions
Some events may have age restrictions (e.g., 21+ events). Age requirements, if applicable, will be displayed on the event listing. It is your responsibility to ensure you meet any age requirements before purchasing tickets. Failure to meet age requirements at the door will not entitle you to a refund.

Unlawful Re-Sale of Tickets; Commercial Purposes
Unlawful resale of tickets (or attempted resale) is grounds for seizure and cancellation without compensation. Tickets shall not be used for advertising, promotions, contests, or sweepstakes without the prior written authorization of Sebastiani Theatre. Any unauthorized use of Sebastiani Theatre’s name, trademarks, or intellectual property in connection with tickets is strictly prohibited.
